Civil Site Engineer

Job Overview:

The civil engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on a day-to-day basis. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, and ensuring that the project meets all relevant safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Monitoring the progress of the project and making adjustments as needed
  • Ensuring that the project meets all relevant safety and building codes
  • Overseeing the various construction activities that are necessary to complete the project, including excavation, grading, concrete work, and steel fabrication
  • Assisting in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
  • Reviewing project plans and designs to ensure that they are feasible and practical
  • Keeping detailed records of project progress and costs
  • Communicating with the project manager, project owner, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 10 years of Work experience as a Constructions Engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related courses
  • Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
